Order Cancellation


1.    Cancelling Before Acceptance: You can cancel an order for a full refund until the Merchant accepts it. 
2.    Cancelling After Acceptance: If you need to cancel an order after it has been accepted by the Merchant, please contact us via the chat function on the Platform. Aklak Taza reserves the right to not issue full or partial refunds for cancellations made after the order has been accepted.
3.    Merchant Cancellations: A Merchant may cancel an order even after you have received a confirmation. Both Aklak Taza and our partner Merchants reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation. 
4.    Order History and Refunds: Your order history will only display successful orders. In case of a failed online payment, the order amount will be refunded to your Aklak Taza account as credit, unless you request a refund to the original payment method, which will take 7-14 days depending on your bank.
